1- Cheekbone Roll Exercise

This exercise is included in most of the yoga face routines. It works effectively because it works on getting rid of the fat around the cheeks.

People who have a tendency to accumulate facial fat and are aging can make maximum use of this method.

In such individuals, the facial tissues that would somehow droop and make the face to look thin gather over the facial fat, and influence the face to look chubby.

This roll exercise instigates blood circulation in the facial area and makes the cheeks look red and youthful.
