You can write your list in the morning or at night before you sleep, it is your call. Keep a particular time – slot for writing your gratitude list.

For us it is difficult to write at the same time because we live in different time zones, hence we write it when either one of us is asleep.

6- The Present Moment is of Utmost Importance.

While you get through the day, give your mind a break and think about the things you are grateful for.

Start with the mornings like: ” I am grateful that I am able to have my morning tea.” Move through your day with this positivity and happiness, also you will be able to recall them easily when you sit to write.
