Putting all your thoughts into words is what this practice is based on. After writing you will feel immense satisfaction.
There were times when both of us were busy, though we talked on the phone and shared our gratitude lists with each other, the joy of actually writing it was somewhat different. The written list meant something more.
4- Feeling it is Important.
In order to really change your life, feeling this practice is important. There might be times when you are not able to write. You have to feel the gratitude building up in each cell of your body.
That feeling will create an immense amount of momentum in your life and will motivate you to write every day.
