9- Cucumber

Cucumber is a rich source of Vitamins A, C, and E and is also a rich source of potassium. Its cooling and soothing properties are quite effective in fighting pimples.

  • Slice a fresh cucumber or two into pieces and immerse them in water for about 60 minutes. The nutrients namely Vitamin A, chlorophyll and potassium will transfer to the water.
  • Now you can either use the water to wash your face or strain the water and drink it.
  • Another way is to make a face mask out of it. You can do this by grinding one cucumber and then applying it directly on your face. Let it dry naturally for about fifteen minutes. Rinse your skin with warm water thereafter.
    This will clean the bacteria and dirt from your pores.
