Nettle is a  herb rich in iron, vitamin B and C that is very helpful in increasing haemoglobin.

  • Take a cup of hot water and mix 2 teaspoons of dried nettle leaves in it.
  • Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  • Add a little honey to it after straining.
  • Consume twice daily.
